Alle, die auf ein neues Wild Nothing Album warten, müssen sich noch ein wenig gedulden. Geschrieben sei es zwar schon, aber ins Studio geht es erst demnächst, heißt es auf Jack Tatums Facebook-Seite. Bis es soweit ist, können sich Dreampop-/Shoegaze-Freunde aber ohne Probleme mit 'The Bloom Of Division' des in Rennes/Bretagne beheimateten Yann le Razavet aka Marble Arch die Zeit vertreiben.
The Bloom Of Division […] is a great collection of hazy luminous pop melodies. Guitars are crystal clear, synths are gently and rhythm machines are rickety. This album could be seen on the Captured Tracks catalog but two french labels teamed up in order to release those pretty but not preppy songs, built with love in a small flat of Rennes. We can find here some fragments from […] The Radio Dept, whom Yann is a big fan of, so he confides. The Reids brothers (The Jesus and Mary Chain) are obviously suspected of having been some close holidays companions during those never ending summers. (foggygirlsclub)
