Dass mal eine (ehemalige?) Black Metal-Band aus Frankreich mein Album des Jahres stellen würde, hätte ich vor ein paar Monaten auch noch nicht gedacht. Aber Shelter ist mit Abstand das beste Shoegaze-Album seit langer Zeit. Auf den Plätzen folgen kitschiger Synth-Pop und zurückgenommene Elektronik, sowie genreübergreifende Filmmusik und Weilheimer Indietronic.
